Attitude Programmes for Schools

Equipping our young people with life skills.

Attitude visited on both Tuesday and Friday this week, to complete their annual roadshow visits for our Year 7-13 students. The programmes this year were:

  • Tackling Technology (The digital world and being a positive contributor) - Year 7 and 8

“Young people need new skills and guidance as they navigate their digital world. Content includes text bullying, online safety, communication, building character, and balance.”

  • Haora (Holistic wellbeing) - Year 9

“We introduce the concept of holistic wellbeing and cover the four main aspects of this; the physical, mental, spiritual and social sides to every teenager. This programme gives young people ideas on how to tackle their teenage years and become the best version of themselves that they can be.”

  • The Pits (Keeping mentally well) - Year 10-13

“This is a basic overview of how the brain works and a survival kit for handling stress, depression and the tough times in life. This presentation aims to normalise common mental health issues and give practical solutions of how to get help.”
